“ In this connection, all the prime beneficiaries who have renewed CHSS Cards in respect of their parents/parents-in-law(in case of female employees) during the year 2021,based on Medical Division Circular dated 22.12.2020, are required to submit acknowledgement of IT Returns as a proof of dependency of their parents/parents-in-law to the respective Units/Divisions /Sections by August 31 2021, failing which, the CHSS facility will be suspended from 01.09.2021 to such dependents and will be restored only after receipt of IT Acknowledgement”
